A Performance's Venue Cuts are ready to pay once your Payout Delay has passed after it ends. We count a Performance as ending 2½ hours after its start time. We then pay what's ready into your bank account on your Payout Cadence.
The Payout Report, under Reports, lists each Payout with its Stripe reference, and shows what hasn't been paid yet and why. Stripe holds your bank details: open your Stripe Dashboard from the Stripe page to change them.
We email each Performance's Door List to your Door List email address at its Sales Cutoff, as a PDF and a CSV. If you change the start time after it has gone, we send it again, marked as updated.
If the email hasn't arrived, open the Event and choose Door List on the Performance. The same list is there to download, and before the Sales Cutoff it shows sales as they stand. You can change your Door List email address in Settings, under How we reach you.
Add an Event from Front Of House, then add its Performances and a Ticket Tier for each. The Event stays a Draft until you publish it, and you can publish once your Stripe account is set up.
You can change a Performance's start time until it starts, and we send a Performance Update to the Members holding Tickets. Once a Performance has sold Tickets, its date can't change: ask us to cancel it and add the new date as a new Performance.
To cancel, choose Ask us to cancel under More options on the Performance, at least 12 hours before it starts. Sales stop straight away, and when we cancel it every Member gets everything back.
Everyone who can act for you is listed in Settings, under Your team, with anyone we've invited who hasn't accepted yet. You're responsible for who is on that list.
To add or remove someone, ask us through Get help. We send a new person an invitation, and they create their account from it.
You can read your agreement in Settings, under Your agreement. You can change your contact email addresses, access details, Performance Spaces, Sales Cutoff and Payout Cadence yourself in Settings, and we record each change as a Variation.
Your legal details, who signed, the commencement date and marketing permission are terms you accepted, so changing one changes the agreement itself. Ask us through Get help and we'll agree the change with you and record it.
