Some performances have seats left to sell.
A full house is better for everyone. Getting there is the hard part.
Discount them in public, and the run is worth less.
Your audience sees the offer, and learns to wait for the next one.
Seat filling is great for press night. For the rest of the run:
Discounts work. You need a way to offer them safely.
The people who make it: actors, stage managers, designers, the whole industry.
Only vetted theatre professionals see it.

How the money works.
You decide.
- Which performances to list.
- How many tickets, and how many one Member can buy.
- Which seating areas. You don't need to offer your best seats.
- The Face Price, from £5 to £30.
- When sales close: 1, 2, 6, 12 or 24 hours before each performance starts.
- Taking tickets off sale, at any time.
- At the Sales Cutoff, the Door List: each Member's name, how many tickets, the seating area and any access needs.

It sits alongside what you already do. It isn't exclusive: you keep your own box office and any other way you sell tickets.
Questions venues ask.
No. Seat filling usually means giving tickets away for free, often to the regular theatregoers who are your best customers.
On Ticketyboo every ticket is a paid booking, to a vetted theatre professional, and only signed-in Members can see it. A Member who has paid is more likely to turn up than one given a free ticket.
You choose the Face Price for each listing: £5, £10, £15, £20, £25 or £30. The Member pays the Face Price and nothing more.
We take a flat £5 Platform Fee from each ticket. The rest is the Venue Cut, and it is yours. A £5 ticket is a Comp: the Member pays our fee and you receive nothing.
You pay us nothing. There is no subscription, listing fee or set-up fee, and no venue ever pays to list. We also pay Stripe's charges, so none of them comes out of your Venue Cut.
Only signed-in Members, and every Member works in theatre: actors, stage managers, directors, designers and the rest of the industry.
Every applicant sends us evidence of their work, such as a casting profile, a CV, a programme credit or a union membership. A person looks at it and decides. Your listings are never shown to the public.
You choose which performances to list, how many tickets, in which seating areas and at what price, and how many one Member can buy. Sales close 1, 2, 6, 12 or 24 hours before each performance, as you choose.
You can take a listing off sale at any time. It isn't exclusive, so you keep your own box office and any other way you sell tickets.
No. Your Ticketyboo prices are seen only by signed-in Members. They are not on comparison sites or in search results, so your audience doesn't learn to wait for an offer.
If someone sitting next to a Member finds out what they paid, they can't join and pay the same next time. At the door, you admit Members like anyone else holding a ticket at that price, and nobody points them out.
The Door List gives each Member's name, how many tickets they bought, the seating area and any access needs. You use it to admit them.
We never give you Members' contact details. The one exception is a Member's email address, if they choose to share it with you about their access needs, and you use it only for that.
